At Facerizer, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering quality skincare products. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product is missing items or packaging upon delivery
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Change of mind or personal preference
Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order. Kindly share your order ID along with clear images of the product and packaging.
Refund Process
Once the return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
